A CHAOS fan favorite who has saw sudden success as a singles wrestler in 2016. YOSHI-HASHI trained in Mexico starting in May 2010, and returned to NJPW to join CHAOS in January 2012. Although he failed to initially find clear successes, his popularity slowly grew due to his unique personality and showmanship outside the ring.
On August 9 2020, after over 12 years of challenges and setbacks, YOSHI-HASHI finally tasted championship gold, winning his first title alongside Hirooki Goto and Tomohiro Ishii as NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Champion. The Headhunter would continue to lead his team to great success, scoring a record five defences of the title through 2021.
